Print it tonight. Here’s how.

Six quick steps to print your planner at home and start filling it in.

The print guide.

  1. Download from Etsy

    Open your Etsy Purchases page or the confirmation email, then download your PDF.

  2. Pick US Letter or A4

    Both sizes are included, so choose the file that matches the paper in your printer.

  3. Print at 100%

    In the print window, choose “Actual size” or 100%, not “Fit to page”, so everything prints true to size.

  4. Choose your paper

    Regular printer paper works fine. Heavier matte paper is a nice upgrade if you have it.

  5. Color or black & white

    Either works. Print in color if you like, or in black and white to save ink.

  6. Reuse every week

    Reprint a fresh set every Sunday, or slide a page into a sheet protector and use a dry-erase marker.

What do I actually get?

Two PDF files per planner: one sized for US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and one for A4 (210 × 297 mm). Nothing is shipped; you print the pages yourself.

How many pages are in The Week, Sorted?

A cover plus 11 printable pages, 12 in all. Both US Letter and A4 versions are included.

How do I download my files?

You buy on Etsy. After payment clears, the files are available right away from your Etsy Purchases page and in your confirmation email.

How should I print them?

Open the PDF, choose the size that matches your paper, and print at 100% / “Actual size” (not “Fit to page”). Every page keeps at least 0.5 in margins, so a standard home printer works fine.

Can I print more than one copy?

Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own household. Please don’t resell, share or redistribute the files, printed or digital.

Can I edit the pages?

The pages are not editable. They are designed to be filled in by hand, with plenty of writing room.

Will prints look exactly like the previews?

Our product images are flat previews, not photos. Printed colors can vary a little depending on your printer, ink, paper and screen.

Can I get a refund?

Because digital files can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. If a file won’t open, is damaged, or prints incorrectly, message us and we’ll fix it or send a corrected file. If we can’t fix it, we’ll make it right.

How are the designs made?

Our designs are created with the help of AI-assisted design tools, and every file is reviewed and finalized by a person before it goes in the shop. We check the layout, spelling, page sizes and print quality.
